Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed $100 CAD.
Indemnification

Termination
Termination by You

Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

- Inappropriate behavior at events or in the community
- Fraudulent or illegal activity

- Extended inactivity
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
- We may delete your account and associated data
- Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and intellectual property will survive
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
